Kitting & Assembly
We assemble multi-item kits — branded box, tissue, multiple items, insert card — at scale. Kit BOMs are configured in our WMS. Orders triggering that kit get the full assembly automatically, no manual intervention.
Integration with Swag Store Platforms
We integrate with Printfection, Gatsby, Sendoso, SwagUp, and custom swag store platforms via API or order export. Orders flow in, we pick-kit-pack-ship, and tracking goes back to the platform.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We've set up fulfillment for company stores where employees or reps order branded merchandise through an internal portal. We fulfill individual orders and batch replenishment orders from the same inventory.
For pre-kitted BOMs, same-day or next-day ship once the order is received. For made-to-order kits (assembled at ship time), 1–2 business days. Setup time to configure a new kit in our WMS is typically 24 hours.
We ship internationally via FedEx International Priority and DHL. We prepare commercial invoices and customs documentation. Note: promo items must comply with import regulations at the destination country.
Yes. We receive inbound from your promo suppliers (could be 5–10 vendors per campaign), receive into inventory, and fulfill from consolidated stock. We match purchase orders to inbound receipts for tracking.
