How It Works

You define the kit BOM (bill of materials) — which SKUs, quantities, inserts, and packaging. We receive components into inventory, assemble kits per your spec, assign a new kit SKU, and the assembled unit ships as a single order. Inventory is tracked at both the component and kit level.

Yes. We support monthly rotation — each box period has its own BOM. You submit the configuration ahead of the fulfillment window and we stage components and assemble on schedule.
Kitting is priced per kit assembled, based on the number of components, complexity of assembly, and any special packaging. We quote per project after reviewing your BOM.
We can source standard packaging supplies (boxes, tissue, void fill). For branded components or custom packaging, we work with your vendor or can recommend suppliers.
Yes. Shrink wrapping and heat sealing are available for product sets that require retail-ready presentation. Ask about this during your quote.
