Yes. We process standard EDI transaction sets including 850 (purchase order), 856 (ship notice), and 810 (invoice). Additional transaction sets available — confirm during onboarding.
Yes. We follow retailer routing guides for carrier selection, appointment scheduling, pallet configuration, and label placement. Chargeback reduction is a priority in our B2B operation.
No hard minimum. We handle single pallet orders and multi-truckload programs. Pricing scales with volume — we quote per program after reviewing your order profile.
Yes. Many clients run both from the same inventory pool. D2C orders ship parcel from the same SKUs as B2B pallet orders. Inventory is managed in a single system.
